I'm Charron “C.J.” Matthews, a Senior Product Designer who turns complex platforms into easy-to-use, scalable experiences. I’ve led design projects at Klaviyo, NerdWallet, HubSpot, and Wayfair, working closely with teams to create user-focused solutions that deliver real results.
I have experience in education, public policy, and consumer products, with a strong focus on information architecture, decision-making, and UX strategy. I use product thinking, design systems, and quick prototyping to build complex tools, like CRMs, CMSs, databases, and R&D platforms, that are straightforward to use while preserving key details.
Alongside my main product work, I co-founded Coral by Otterfest, led design at DeuceGC, and have been a consultant with Trencher Design for many years. I work with teams to design, advise, coach, and prototype new ideas, always aiming to deliver high-quality, scalable digital products.
Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family and learning about business and entrepreneurship. I also like playing basketball and golf, gaming (especially EA Sports FC), cooking, listening to music, and continuing my education.
