Hi there! My name is Charron "C.J." Matthews. I am a user experience practitioner who is passionate about helping people and making a positive impact on the world. I have a strong background in education, which has provided me with a solid foundation for my most recent role as a Senior Product Designer at NerdWallet. In this position, my primary focus was on creating tools that enable consumers to discover and compare financial products.

Today, I am a Lead Product Designer at Trencher, a design consultancy specializing in crafting digital experiences for both enterprise and consumer-facing products. I possess a growth mindset and have gained valuable experience in coaching, design thinking, and digital information design. Additionally, I serve as the Product Lead for Deuce Golf Club, a golf practice and player development app.

In my free time, I value family time, enjoy playing basketball and golf, and focus on learning about business, user experience design, and product development. These pursuits have made me resilient and a valuable team contributor.
